The Reverse Logistics Consumer Products Committee promotes and shares knowledge across various industries globally to explore new ideas to achieve total optimization of Reverse Logistics practices for consumer products. Practices include green procurement, product returns processes, refurbishing and depot repair reverse logistics to maximize recycling, minimize waste, and emphasize green disposal.
Optoro recently conducted a study on the state of take back and trade-in programs in U.S. and European retail markets. We will provide an overview on the key trends in the enablers and value drivers of these types of circular business models, including insights from brands on the considerations they take while building these programs. As circular retail models are growing, Optoro will share our learnings on the processes, technologies, and data that retailers are using to gain value from these models.
