In this role I get to work with corporations and help drive solutions for corporate philanthropy including cash donations, product philanthropy (manufacture to donate and E&O), employee engagement, emergency response giving, and cause marketing. I have worked at World Vision for 15 years and have executive and logistics experience in both the for-profit and non-profit arena.
Jack Laverty is a Corporate Engagement Director for World Vision, a humanitarian relief and development organization. Previously, Jack held various positions in building industry sales, logistics operations and management with T-Mobile Engineering, as well as management and corporate development in non- and for-profit organizations. These combined experiences allow him to successfully engage with companies seeking business solutions to their supply chain challenges. Working with companies like Abercrombie & Fitch, Costco, Kohler, QVC and hundreds more, around their needs regarding E&O inventory, confiscated goods, and returns, World Vision was able to move over 132,000 pallets of donated goods last year around the world to fight extreme poverty.
