RLA 2.0 has a brand new website that is a complete makeover. I can’t wait for each of you to log on and explore www.RLA.org as the true source for information about reverse logistics events, industry committees, resources and media (some still under construction), as well as membership benefits.
While the site is open to everyone who chooses to “Join the RLA community”, members who log in will find additional sections now and more to come with free industry research and white papers from our academic members. The RLA Library is being recreated with the best practices and RL information for beginners through advanced techniques. The RLA will offer members the opportunities to post and review positions in the RL industry. RLA 2.0 will have an enhanced RL Quote program for members to post anonymous RFI’s for their RL needs, and only members will be able to connect to respond to new business opportunities.

Other enhancements will be added for members to post blogs and press releases on the home page. There will be better access to RL Magazine and other media outlets and improved search capabilities. The formatting for speakers and topics at RLA events has been updated and will be easier to know in advance what to expect at every event. The RLA@ events will showcase global shows where we are invited and often active participants for speaking and presentation engagements.
Take a minute to visit www.RLA.org and see what has been done. And stay tuned for much more to come. As the headline says, the RLA is The Global Voice of the Returns and Reverse Logistics Industry. We take our responsibility to our members seriously, and we welcome any feedback or ideas for improvement.
