Nikos joined Amazon in 2018 and is responsible for enhancing Customers’ trust in Renewed products, helping create a new generation of consumers that embrace reuse and a broader circular economy. Prior to Amazon, he identified and led all strategic growth initiatives (including industry expansion, customer acquisition and online sales channels) for CoreCentric Solutions, a leading aftermarket services provider. His past relevant experience includes both forward and reverse logistics management for the Greek Air Force and the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens.
Nikos is highly motivated by the challenge of delivering market-oriented, profitable solutions to product lifecycle and environmental problems. He is seasoned in developing numerous innovative reverse-logistics and asset-recovery programs which have helped global manufacturers and retailers exceed their cost containment and sustainability goals. He is passionate about delivering financial results with a higher purpose and is inspired by all aspects of a circular and regenerative economy.
He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, a M.Sc. in Management Science from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
