Executive Director, Service Supply Chain and Campu


Timmy O’Dwyer joined Dell in 1997 and is Vice President for Global Service Parts Operations. In this role, he leads a global organisation of over 7000 direct & indirect team members & an extensive portfolio of outsourced partners in 100+ countries. Responsibilities include service order management, forward and reverse distribution, parts screening and repair, partner management and whole unit repair and exchange. In addition, Timmy’s responsibility incorporates Europe, Middle East and Africa leadership for end to end service parts supply chain including planning, forecasting and procurement. Timmy’s global organisation support Dell EMC’s hardware service offerings for all business units and encompasses both in and out of warranty. Examples of offers supported are basic mail in service, upsell on site service and various upsell same day mission critical services. Timmy is a member of the Dell EMC Ireland Executive leadership team and is specifically the site leader of the Dell EMC campus in Limerick, Ireland. The campus has over 900 professional team members, with over 30 business functions, inclusive of global and regional leaders, all supporting Dell EMC technology solutions for customers. Prior to Dell, Timmy held leadership roles within AST Computers, NCR, Teradata and Wang. Timmy is a member of the Limerick City Chamber of Commerce and the American Chamber of Commerce within Ireland. Timmy’s professional education to-date has been with the University of Limerick where he continues to act as an executive sponsor contributing to the development of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Timmy is a keen advocate for Diversity, Innovation and strategic thinking.
