The Reverse Logistics Service, Parts, and Warranty Committee is organized to promote and share knowledge across the industry and continually explore new ideas to achieve total optimization of service parts inventory. The committee will strive to improve awareness through education, workshops, white papers, and direct communication on best practices, common practice and member experiences.
Committees meet virtually on a regular basis throughout the year to share best practices, issues, solutions, and business opportunities within specific topics involving the reverse logistics industry. Attending a committee meeting is an RLA membership benefit. If you are a member, look for the WebEx invitation that will be sent approximately 2 weeks before the scheduled committee date.
