Returns, returns, returns! They are not only the focus of this edition of the RL Magazine, but it's a hot topic all over the world these days, not just within the reverse logistics industry. Many companies are starting to see that importance of paying attention to the returns situation, and not only how it's affecting their profit/loss but affecting our world as well.

Nothing should be heading to the landfill, but unfortunately, it's sometimes the cheapest or fastest way to move forward without having warehouses of stuff. There are solutions! There are companies who will take these items off your hands and do something good or better with them. There are non-profits who help others while taking excess inventory or returns. Look at your options, before discreetly dumping the items. That should never be the answer.
