Bio

Doreena Beebe demonstrates the confidence, creativity, passion and persistence that have driven her success as a sales leader and managing director for over 25 years. Working with small to large organizations, public and private, as well as federal government agencies, and many of the Fortune Global 500 for over a decade in the mobility recycling and buyback space, her mastery of sales, marketing, partner relations, and teamwork have led to top honors with previous employers. As an advisor with Capital Growth Partners, Doreena looks to provide the same level of enthusiasm and synergistic positive outcomes for clients and partners. Her strength of purpose and leadership extend outside the business world as well. Beebe has chaired a corporate partnership and continues to fund raise for Autism Speaks, an organization with which she has a personal connection. Having a son on the autism spectrum and another born with a congenital heart defect, she is an advocate for children’s healthcare, and has given her personal testimony before the Ohio Statehouse Committee on Insurance Reform to support the passage of a bill requiring the inclusion of autism spectrum disorders in insurance coverage. Prior to this bill, Ohio was one of five states that did not require insurance companies to provide coverage. Within one year, this bill (previously brought before the committee for 11 years without passage) passed, and Beebe was asked again to speak at its momentous signing in April 2017. A former varsity field hockey player and All Big Ten Conference Scholar-Athlete at The Ohio State University, she serves her community as a volunteer youth sports coach for baseball, basketball and soccer as well as officiate local high school and college field hockey games and is a Big Ten Network on-air color commentator/ analyst for field hockey games. She also served as a Board Member for the Dublin Soccer League. Beebe graduated from The Ohio State University with a Master of Arts in Sports Management with a focus on leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
