Bio
Ronald Ball currently serves as Vice President of Service for Irvine, California-based Roland DGA Corporation, a leading provider of advanced large-format printers, dental milling machines, CNC mills, and other innovative digital devices. Ball has held multiple management positions at Roland DGA over the past 28 years and has been a member of the company’s Senior Management team since 2005. As Roland DGA’s Vice President of Service, he is responsible for all internal and external service activities for North and South America (excluding Brazil), including technical support, field service, training, and all parts and service revenue. His team oversees hundreds of authorized reseller technicians, over 200 third-party maintenance technicians, and multiple repair depots throughout the Americas. Ball performed his undergraduate studies at University of Nevada and has completed MBA Update coursework at the University of California, Irvine.
