A passionate believer in the power of business to make the world a better place for everyone, Scot Case has focused on the intersection of business, environmental, and social concerns since the mid-1990s. With strategic leadership experience in the retail, quick-service restaurant, manufacturing, government, and non-profit sectors, Scot provides a system-wide perspective that makes it possible for organizations, teams, and individuals to thrive in a rapidly changing future. A masterful facilitator, Scot engages and manages the unique needs of extremely diverse internal and external stakeholder groups to help them develop and implement winning strategies and successful solutions for complex global challenges. He enables them to: * Analyze complicated problems from multiple perspectives; * Understand the unique needs of diverse groups of stakeholders; * Ensure stakeholder viewpoints and concerns are heard, understood, and valued; * Develop clear, concise, and effective strategies and solutions that address the most relevant and critical issues; and * Execute, learn, and adapt. A frequent keynote speaker and conference presenter on strategy development, leadership, and CSR, ESG, and related sustainability concerns, Scot has published dozens of articles and case studies. He testified before Congress and has been interviewed by NPR, Good Morning America, CNN, The New York Times, Business Week, and the Wall Street Journal.
