Bio
Jeff has been with Dell for 22 years in which time he has held several leadership positions within Dell’s manufacturing operations, forward and reverse logistics, engineering and strategy. Currently, Jeff is responsible for repair readiness, repair diagnostics, test solutions and analytics, and product sustaining engineering for service parts and whole unit repair. Current scope includes all of Dell Technologies services repair depots (4) and third party maintainers (60+). Jeff holds a BBA from Saint Edwards University, an MBA from Cornell University and a Masters from Queens University.
