Jason MacIver

Bio
Jason MacIver joined Dell in 1999. Mr. MacIver is responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of the global service parts organization that spans over 100 countries and nearly 1,000 service locations. Mr. MacIver’s core global responsibilities are: implementation of service offerings and I/T projects, service parts analytics and reporting, and fraud / receivable recovery. In previous supply chain roles within Dell, Mr. MacIver helped reshape the enterprise logistics model that is used today, managed more than 110M in annual spend, as well as received an invitation to the White House to participate in a Sustainable Supply Chain Symposium. Mr. MacIver spent the majority of his time at Dell within the supply chain organization; he also spent 5 years managing various groups within Tech Support.
Prior to joining Dell, Mr. MacIver was with Harley-Davidson Motor Company’s cut and sew division of service parts. Jason is an active member of the Reverse Logistics Association, and he sits on the committee for certifications.
Jason received his B.A. degree from Michigan State University (Supply Chain Management) and his MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
