Juan is an RL professional with 25 years’ experience with a focus on assets recovery using repair, screening, refunds methods, while using insourcing and outsourcing workforce solutions. Through his career with Intel, he has held leadership position in repair production lines, supply planning, quality control, and more recently outsource vendor management.Juan holds undergrad degrees from DeVry University. He is passionate about RL solutions and has experience the cycles of the industry from insourcing to outsourcing
