Walmart's Unique Refund Policy Offers a Major Advantage for Customers This Holiday Season

One of Walmart's most peculiar policies will be in effect this festive season, allowing customers to retain certain items even after receiving a full refund. This lesser-known policy, adopted by some of the largest US retailers, involves granting customers full refunds while letting them keep unwanted items.

The concept of 'returnless refunds' is increasingly being used by retailers to appease online shoppers and cut down on shipping fees, processing time, and other escalating costs associated with product returns. Retail giants like Amazon, Walmart, and Target have determined that it's not worth the cost or hassle to retrieve certain items.
