By Rahul Bahuguna, NUI

June 15, 2020

An RLA Member student from the National University of Ireland Galway is conducting a survey to identify critical functions for an efficient reverse logistics management system. The aim is to measure efficiency in terms of better planning and traceability of returned products among all involved stakeholders. Currently, this study will focus more on the electronics industry but the survey audience includes all members of the reverse supply chain community.

This survey concerns the use of information technology in the reverse logistics process in the following business activities :

  • Manufacturing
  • Distribution
  • Wholesale
  • Retail
  • Logistics service provision

We are asking those in the RLA Community to take the survey to contribute to the research. The survey will only take 8-10 minutes of your time.
