Optoro predicts a pandemic-related flood of returns

RLA SmartBrief:  More than one-third of consumers surveyed said they had items they purchased before or during the pandemic that they plan to return once stores reopen and start accepting returns again, according to Optoro. "I would liken this to the holidays, when you see a return surge all at once after a big event, although this will be even more condensed," Optoro CEO Tobin Moore said.
