RLA SmartBrief: FedEx has made returning online purchases easier for consumers through its FedEx Office and FedEx Ship Center locations and its partnerships with Kroger, Walgreens and Dollar General, according to Ryan Kelly, the company's vice president for global e-commerce marketing. He adds that FedEx also helps retailers prevent returns with its FedEx Returns Technology portal that shares why customers return items.
