FedEx gets into Returns with Happy Returns Partnership

RLA SmartBrief: FedEx has teamed with Happy Returns on accepting return purchases from 150 participating retailers and brands, including Steve Madden, Draper James and Everlane. Starting soon, consumers will be able to start the return process online, receive a QR code and use that code for an instant refund when they return the merchandise to one of 2,000 FedEx Office locations.
